The Guild
Meets every Monday night from 7:00 to 10:00 P.M. and on Sunday afternoons from 1:00 to 4:00 P.M. at Kinder Farm Park in Millersville, Maryland. Visit our Yahoo Group for more information.
Dues
Annual dues for regular club members are $45 payable in January of each year. Dues cover use of the club tools and the forge at Kinder Farm Park. They also pay for coal and our insurance. Metal is provided by the guild for small projects. For larger projects or projects being made for profit, members are encouraged to purchase their own metal.
New Members
New members are expected to attend an Introduction to Blacksmithing class. The class is held two or three Saturdays per year from 9:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. at the forge in Kinder Farm Park. Advanced registration is required for all classes and you can contact the instructor to find out when classes are scheduled and to be assigned to a class.
